Almightie God, who seest that we have no power of our selves to help our selves; keep me, I beseech thee, both outwardly in my bo∣die, and inwardly in my soul, that so I may be defended from all adversitie which may happen to my bodie, and from all evil thoughts which may as∣sault and hurt my soul, through Jesus Christ my Lord and onely Saviour.
