INfuse half a Pound of Ʋnslak'd Lime
for the space of six Hours, in a Pint of
Smith's-Water; then pour it off softly, with∣out▪
removing the Vessel. In this Water
infuse a Dram of Sublimate for the space
of a Night. Then add a sixth part of recti∣fied
Spirit of Wine, and pour it all off with∣out
stirring the Sediments. Wash the gan∣gren'd
parts every Morning, Noon, and
Night, with this Water a little heated.
