Licèt nuper pro qui∣busdam arduis, & urgentibus negotiis, nos, statum, & defen∣sionem Regni nostri Angliae, ac Ecclesiae Anglicanae contingentibus, quoddam Parliamentum nostrum apud Coventriam quintodecimo die Februarij, proximò futuro, teneri ordinaverimus; & ibidem vobiscum, ac cum caeteris Praelatis, Magnatibus, & Proceribus dicti Regni nostri Colloquium habere & Tractatum. Quia tamen assignavimus charissi∣mum Filium nostrum, Principem Walliae, ad proficiscendum, infra Bre∣ve, cum certo posse & numero ligeorum nostrorum in Comitivâ suâ versùs partes Walliae, ad Rebelles nostros inibi guerrandos, & punien∣dos, ac finaliter conquestandos (si velit Deus, & speramus indubiè) quòd tantò praefato Filio nostro in praemissis agendis concessus prospe∣rior arridebit, quantò nos cum Consilio, posse & sufficientiâ Domino∣rum, Procerum, & Magnatum, ac Communitatis dicti Regni nostri e∣jusdem Filij nostri, & suorum gubernationi & praesidio fuerimus pro∣priores, idem Parliamentum nostrum apud Villam Gloucestriae, in Mar∣chiis partium praedictarum, ut satis constat, situatam, dicto quinto de∣cimo die Februarij, de avisamento Consilij nostri teneri ordinavimus & haberi; vobis in fide, &c. ut supra in primo Brevi usque ibi ordinari; Et tunc sic.
