OF ye .iiij. partes of ye body the heed is ye fyrst. For in ye heed gadreth all su{per}fluytees / and euyll hu¦moures / whiche thou shalt fele and knowe by these sygnes folowyng. The eyes bē troubled / the heryng is thycked & ys nosestrylles bē stopped / yf thou fele su¦che a dysease take an herbe called worm wood / and se¦the it in swete wyne tyll the halfe be wasted / thā hol¦de it in thy mouth & wasshe it many tymes therwith tyl thou fele yt it dooth ye good / & eate whyte mustard sede powdred wt thy meate. And yf thou do not thus thou mayst happē to haue som dysease / & specyally in thyn eyes / in thy brayn / & in other {per}tes of thy body.
