Acts. 12. 12.

The text.

And considering, he came to the ∴ house of Marie the mo∣ther of Iohn, who was surnamed Marke, where many were ga∣thered and praieng.

The note.

It is much for the praise of these good Christians, that the assemblie to Gods seruice and praier was kept in their houses in the time of perse∣cution, and that the Apostle came thither straight out of prison, as his first refuge.
