You say also that they do not edify. If you say that they do not e∣dify* 1.1 of themselues, you say truly: for only the holy Ghost on this sort doth edify, by the ministerie of the word. But if you say, they edifye not at all, that is, that they do not tend to edifying, as other cere∣monies and things vsed in the Church (as Pulpit, Church, kneeling, singing and such like) which be appointed for order and decencie, do: then speake you that, whiche you are not able by sound arguments to iustify.
