They pearsed my handes and my feete.

He was wounded for our offen∣ces, & smitten for our wickednes.

They shall loke vpon me whom they haue pearsed.

As Moyses lifted vp the serpent in the wildernes: so must the sonne of man be lifted vp, that euery one which beleueth on hym, may not perishe, but haue euerlasting lyfe.

Ye seeke Iesus y^t was crucified.

We preach Christ crucified.

Christ hys owne selfe bare our sinnes in hys body on the tree, that wee being deliuered from sinne, should liue vnto righteousnes. By whose stripes ye were healed.
