THy ouerlooking of the pleasant fields,
In sport abroad to spend some idle howres:
Hath gath'red fruit not of vnfruitfull weeds;
But set a Banke of sweet and fragrant flowers.
Continue then both earl'e and late to rise
To walke abroad, to vse this exercise.
