GIftes are sucha fauours be∣stowed in his Chuch: & are Knowledge, or giftes for the Churches common good.

Knowledge, is the vnder∣standing of the will of his Fa∣ther. Which, beside theb in∣spiration of his Spirite, hee taught, both in his ownc per∣son, when hee was vpon the earth, & by hisd Ministers, frō the beginning of the worlde: and hath alsoe left the same perfectly in thef bookes of the old and new Testament.
