Baaltis or Ba'alat Gebal. Goddess worshiped by the Phoenicians. She was believed to be the sister of Astarte and the wife of Saturn for whom she bore only daughters. She is believed to be same goddess as the Greek Diana [Artemis], and was particularly revered at Byblos under the name of Baaltis .
