- Andrew Jackson stands at the edge of the sea, shirtless, with his pants rolled up and his hands clenched into fists preparing to fight or defend himself against King Louis Philippe of France. Louis Phillipe is royally attired but his crown is beginning to slide off his head. Behind Jackson stands Neptune with his trident, giving him advice. In the background is a warship flying the American flag. Behind Louis Phillipe is a group of frogs labeled "Corps de Legislateurs" who are complaining in French about the Americans.
