said property, and that the Secretary of the Regents of the
University of Michigan be authorized and directed to sign and
verify, in behalf of the Regents of the University of Michigan, a petition for the condemnation of said property, and
all other papers necessary or proper in the conduct of said
condemnation proceedin gs.
All of the above actions were by unanimous vote.
On motion, the Board adjourned to July 20 at 9:30 A. M.
