Guidelines for the Preparation of Electronic Manuscripts for TMR
The Medieval Review follows the Chicago Manual of Style (14th Edition) in most matters of editorial practice.
In most cases, TMR reviews should be between 1000 and 2500 words long. If, for some reason, your review does not fall between those limits, please inform the editors.
Your review should be e-mailed to TMRL@indiana.edu. The review should be submitted in machine-readable form, either as text pasted into the body of an e-mail message or as an e-mail attachment. If you are sending an attachment, we prefer a Microsoft Word document; if you use a program different from Word, please save your file in "rich text format/RTF" (usually an option in the "save as" menu).
Please do not use “smart quotes” if submitting your review as Word document, as these must be changed for publication on the website.
Please do not use underlining or italics in your review. Instead, set off the text with the tags

In addition to the usual bibliographic identifiers like author, title, publisher and place and date of publication, please include the number of pages, the price of the volume and the ISBN number. Make sure to set off the title with the
