Narrative
When worshippers enter the courtyard of this mosque, they head to the ablution fountain. Muslims must wash their feet, hands, forearms, neck, face, and mouth before entering the sacred space of the mosque for prayers. Prayers performed while one is in a state of impurity are considered invalid.
