- A pide salonu, is one of the least expensive, most easy-to-find places to get food. Pide is a flat piece of bread that is baked with a topping. The wide variety of cheeses, meats, and vegetables available as toppings are listed on the sign. This establishment also offers iskembe çorbası, or tripe soup, which is a popular follow-up for a night of drinking. Notice the sign indicating that the family room, the area reserved for women and children, is air-conditioned, or klimalı.
