Description
Two story, I-House form of Folk House. Pseudo-gambrel treatment to center front. Full width porch with round support columns resting on formed concrete piers. Plain wood balustrade. Windows are one light over one. Two story addition to rear. Brick chimney on north facade. Aluminum siding. Stone foundation. Two car garage at rear.

Context
William and Lydia Acton owned the house from 1910-1935. William was a blacksmith at 123 W. Michigan. Raymon and Helen Hirth lived in the house from at least 1941-1947.
