- Description
- Two story, gable front, Folk House. Wide trim boards beneath eaves. Full width porch has wood supports and balustrade in a geometric pattern. Flat porch roof has wood balustrade with an X pattern. Windows are six lights over six. Stone foundation. Stoop on west facade. One story addition to west rear. East facade has three additions: gable addition to original house; small entry addition; and one story addition to rear of first addition. Aluminum siding.

- This house seems to be on the 1872 Bird's Eye View of Saline. Probably originally a vernacular Greek Revival style house. Mary Nissley lived in the house 1899-1916. Ida and Henry Boettger bought the house in 1921, and lived there through 1941. Bernard and Mable Boettger owned it in 1947. Remodeled in 1949.
