About the construction

Description: Two and a half story, vernacular, Queen Anne style house. Hipped roof with lower cross gables. Wrap around porch with wrought iron supports, balustrade, and railing. Diamond shaped window on second story above front door. Two story cutaway bay on west facade. Large one over one window on front (north) facade. Addition in process of being constructed to rear of house. Stone foundation, diamond-shaped shingle roof. Aluminum siding. Two story barn at rear.
Date Of Construction: 1902
Context: George Donaldson (agent) and his wife, Emma, are listed in 1906-1916. Charles Gross and his wife, Clara, are listed from 1920-1947. Charles was the owner of Gross and Son (farm implements).
