About the construction

Description: One and a half story, cross gabled, Craftsman style house. Gabled dormer on center front roof. Full width porch with tapering, wood columns resting on formed concrete block piers. Wood balustrade. One over one windows. Wood shingles on second story, and aluminum siding on the first. Addition to the rear. Two car, gable front garage at rear.
Date Of Construction: 1910 ca.
Context: Owners: Eva Rogers 1910-1920; George and Ada Bracey 1920-1925; George A. Hartmann 1926-1940; C. Graydon and Doris Everett 1940-1955; Oscar Smith 1956-1961; Robert Todd 1962-1982; Calvin Freeman 1982-1994. This house is listed on the National Register as part of the North Ann Arbor Street Historic District.
