Comments: Printed on white paper, with illustrated borders; in paper cover printed with ears of corn, endpapers feature mounted cut-outs. Woven cloth scroll with paper cut-out of Martí on front cover. Housed in slipcover made of dried corn husks, with paper lettering and tied with plant fiber. Part of a collection of handmade chapbooks, most with cords for hanging (literatura de cordel), published by Ediciones Vigía under the auspices of the Cuban Ministry of Culture. "Las traducciones de los discursos Nuestra América y Madre América fueron realizadas por el Equipo de Traductores del sitio de la cancillería cubana ... La traducción de Con todos y para el bien de todos fue especialmente realizada para esta edición por el Equipo de Servicios de Traductores e Intérpretes."--Colophon. "Consta de doscientos ejemplares totalmente manufacturados por las Ediciones Vigía ... En su confección se usaron papel y cartulina blanca, cartulina guarro, lienzo crudo, fibras de la malangueta y hojas de la mazorca del maíz. La cubierta fue impresa en serigrafía en nuestro taller Rio Mar. Las iluminaciones fueron realizadas totalmenta a mano en la técnica de la acuarela."--Colophon.
