Note that those who have turbary crofts in the marsh can neither give nor sell them when they leave the vill to live elsewhere. Note that William Botiller shall have all the peat he bought from John Sadeler when he left the vill, but he shall not have the croft.
Note that Thomas Barbour shall have the peat he dug in the aforesaid croft, but not the croft, because the said croft will be assigned by the Marsh Reeves to whomever they wish.
