Surrender by John Levitt, in person, into the lord's hands, of one tenement with appurtenances once held by Richard Whrite, to the use [2] of John Willyams, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to be held by him, his heirs and assigns from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 22 s. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Determination by the homage that William Midleton, after the last court and outside the court, surrendered into the lord's hands, in person, through the hands of Thomas Aynsworte, in the presence of John Levit, customary tenant of this manor, one tenement with one garden and adjacent pightle, formerly two tenements, with appurtenances to the use [3] of Edmund Midleton, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to whom the lord granted seisin, to be held by him, his heirs and assigns from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 13 s. 4 d. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Conveyance by the lord to Robert Tomson of one tenement and one adjacent vacant fee, formerly two tenements and previously held by Richard Johnson, to the use [4] of the said Robert, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to whom the lord granted seisin, to be held from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 10 s. 8 d. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Conveyance by the lord to William Fuller, in person, of one tenement and one piece of a vacant fee with appurtenances previously held by Joan Dixon, to the use [5] of the said William, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to whom the lord granted seisin, to be held by him, his heirs and assigns from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 8 s. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Conveyance by the lord to Richard Skott, in person, of one tenement and one adjacent vacant fee with appurtenances recently held by Joan Messe, widow, to the use [6] of the said Richard, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to be held from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 5 s. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Determination by the homage that Francis Cervington died seised of three selions of land lying in Ramsey in Banckes Croft [7] next to the road called Biggin Lane, and also 16 acres of land with appurtenances, in severalty, lying in the fields of Ramsey, one close called Viggea lying next to Long Croft in Ramsey, and another close with appurtenances recently held by William Swasie, and that Richard Servington is his son and nearest heir, and, who, present here in court, seeks to be admitted to each and every one of the said properties with appurtenances, to whom the lord granted seisin, to be held by him, his heirs and assigns from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 29 s. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Fine: (29 s.) Fealty postponed until [blank.] And [8] it is further determined that the said Francis held certain lands, tenements and hereditaments in Ramsey in socage by the rent of 2 s. 10 d. ob., and that the said Richard is 10 years old.

Determination by the homage that Henry Midleton, after the last court, died seised of one close with appurtenances called Fen Close, and that William Midleton is his son and nearest heir, who, present here in court, seeks to be admitted to the said close with appurtenances, [to whom the lord granted seisin], to be held from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 3 s. 4 d. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein. Fine: (3 s. 4 d.) Fealty performed, admitted as tenant.

Conveyance by the lord to Thomas Mann, in person, of one tenement with one piece of a vacant fee with appurtenances to the use [9] of the said Thomas, his heirs and assigns, perpetually, to whom the lord granted seisin, to be held from the lord, by the rod, at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, for 5 s. annual rent, suit to court and all other customs and services owed therein.
