Surrender into the hands of the lord by William Kettle, after the last court, through the hands of John Campion Junior and John Hadden, in the presence of William Redman and Thomas Campion, of one cotagium with meadow abutting on Bury church yard, to the use of John Yonge, his heirs and assigns, perpetually. Seisin granted by the lord, through his Steward, to be held [by the said John], his heirs and assigns at the will of the lord, according to the custom of the manor, rendering annually 4 s., suit to court and other services and customs owed therein. Fine paid, fealty performed, admitted as tenant.
