- Full length studio portrait of Wolf Voice standing bare-chested wearing traditional clothing including breechcloth, German silver arm bands, dentalium shell choker necklace, cartridge belt with attached strike-a-light case, and leather knife case decorated with brass upholstery tacks while holding revolver and riding quirt. Lacking mount.
- Production of original negative attributed to Stanley J. Morrow; likely taken around 1878 at Fort Keogh, Montana Territory.
- Wolf Voice was born a Gros Ventre and married into the Northern Cheyenne. Purportedly scouted for Gen. Nelson Appleton Miles in 1878 and 1879.
