Group portrait of Southern Cheyenne and Southern Arapaho Indian prisoners of war at Fort Marion wearing mixtures of western and traditional clothing. An unidentified individual sits on cannon at right while several individuals hold bows and arrows at left. Identified individuals include Buffalo Meat (front row seated second from left) and Medicine Water (back row standing second from left). Original negative likely produced around 1875 by O. Piere Havens.
