prepared by the board of election judges, the drawing shall take
place in their presence, and they shall certify to the fact of the
drawing and to its result in the election returns.
Count. SEC. 13. (a) Immediately after the close of the election the box
shall be opened by the chairman in the presence of the board, the

of the election shall be prepared in duplicate and signed by the
members of the board and by the tellers, and the certificate shall
be a sufficient warrant for those elected to assume their offices,
