No collections were made on account of the water system for the reason that no
water rents fell due during the short period said rents were payable at this office.

These costs, fines, fees, etc., were received from the several officials charged with
their collections, under the provisions of section 61 of the Manila charter. The
amounts received from these sources during the year were as follows:
