NoTE.-Many of these schools produce food and sell products or live stock and spend the proceeds in subsistence or equipment without including the amounts so spent in their current expenditures. No figures on such items were procurable except for the Central Luzon Agricultural School. From a special report made by this institution, the actual per-student cost was found to be from five to ten pesos higher than given. The exact cost figure assigned to the school depends upon how the additional items were considered; and this is a matter involving so much legitimate difference of opinion that it seemed best not to include such expenditures.
