Since the latter is a relatively less expensive form of education than the former types, this is unfortunate. But such separation could be made only by securing detailed reports from the individual schools, an utter imposibility in the time allowed and with the working force available. The perpupil cost for academic students only is certainly somewhat lower, and that for the other types of students somewhat higher, than the per-pupil cost figure given for any school.
