These were used with children in Grade III through first year High Schools. PAMPANGA.-The situation is complicated in Pampanga by the presence of a mixed population, using a variety of dialects. A test in which children were to indicate the correct answer to questions by underscoring one of the alternative answers was used, an easier form for Grades 1, 2, 3, 4; a more difficult one for Grades V, VI, VII.
