Physical Description
One of a pair of doors that formed an arched entryway. In the upper two thirds of the door are opalescent square glass "coffers" in an arched composition that corresponds to the silhouette of the doors. The interior-facing side of the doors include curvilinear lead caming, inset with medium-sized beach stones, that frame the glass "coffers". The exterior-facing side of the doors has the "coffers" framed by patinated copper sheeting.

Gilt metal balustrade fragment from staircase in Havemeyer house. Vertical rods alternate with S-shaped metal design with milky opalescent "commas" in the "S". These alternating elements are held together with soft metal joins; the glass pieces are set loosely in their metal mounts.

Firescreen consists of a rectangular metal frame with glass and metal elements set in rectangular (largely geometric) framing patterns around a central panel of white and purple vertical glass rods. Along the bottom is a border of white, amber, and green glass circular elements in a more naturalistic pattern evoking grapes.

Physical Description
The dial of this elaborately decorated clock stands upon a two-tiered base. The lower tier consists of a hollow base made of ebony and adorned with a frieze of gilded bronze scrollwork and palmette motifs. The upper tier, made entirely of gilded bronze, features six fluted pilasters with a decorative panel centered on the front below the dial. This panel is composed of a pair of doves touching beaks before a crossed quiver of arrows and a flaming torch framed by leaves. A woman in long flowing robes stands to the right of the dial and empties a small cup onto a dove held by a winged putto who lies on a rocky projection. Behind the dove burns a fire on a small altar inscribed "Altar of Venus" [Autel à Venus].

Physical Description
This hour-glass shaped stool is supported by two caryatid figures who sit in a pose of lamentation—crouched with head in hands. Scarified patterned abstracted tears spill from their lower eyelids. Brass studs adorn the perimeter of the stool’s seat, base, and figures. Both figures wear strings of black, red and white beads around their necks.

This oval-shaped vase has an irregularly shaped mouth. The decoration, which consists of numerous layers of glass, has green and brown glass in the bottom third; a swriling brown and cream glass the overlays from the foot up to the lip of the vessel, and finally a horizontal pattern of warm brown dots (which are pulled into bands around the widest part of the vessel) that begins at the top.

A naturalistic rendering of a ram, with striations incised into the top of the head and down the first third of the horns which sweep forward in a natural curve toward the nose. Eyes inlaid with green glass, and muzzle is overlaid with strip of metal. Jaw articulates, tied with cord. Cloth ears are attached and dangle on either side of head. Wood is unpainted.

Naturalistic cow’s head of carved from wood with eyes cut from the bottoms of glass bottles. Natural cow horns are attached. Head is predominantly black with white triangle on forehead, red pigment surrounding eyes, red in interior of ears, white chin, and white dots on cheeks and in red ground around eyes. Horns are white, tipped in black; a fiber cord runs through its nostrils and around back of head.
