0OFPICIA.L PROCEEDINGS OF THE FOURTH DAY. July 8, 1868. The Convention was called to order by the President, Hon. HORATIO SEYMOUR. On motion of General MCCOOK, the reading of the minutes of yesterday's proceedings was dispensed with. Mr. WELLS, of Missouri, asked that the names of the Executive Committee be read.
