To Mrs. Mitchill [Attached newspaper clippings perpendicular to written address] Ship News Arrived at Malaga, the Corn, Rich, from Salem. The brig Phoenix, Ward, of this port, has arrived at Corunna in distress. The brig Morning Star, Very, from this port, has ar- rived at Philadelphia, in 10 days passage. at 10 o'clock, At John Dutch's Office, Court Street, Will begin the Sale of a large assortment of SEASONABLE GOODS, Consisting of Superfine and middling Broadcloths, 60 pieces of Forestcloths, 1 bale low priced Broadcloths, Cassimeres, Elastic Cloths, 70 doz. Worsted Hose, 50 pieces red, green, and white Baizes, 50 pieces scarlet, and white Flannels, Blue & mixt Coatings, blue & yellow Borkings, 1 trunk Calicoes and Shawls, 1 case Stuff Goods, consisting of Camblets, Tab- oreens, Moreens, Hamburgh Checks, Brown Hollands, India Cottons, Qualities, Bed Ruggs, 3 pair of elegant Looking Glasses, 12 pair of elegant Glass Pictures, 1 Hadley's Quadrant. The above Goods will be sold for approved notes at 60 and 90 days. Also, at 12 0'clock, 2 boxes of Glass Ware, consisting of Decan- ters, Tumblers, and Wine Glasses 1 Russia Feather Bed. Twenty Dollars Reward. LOST- On Wednesday Morning, about 8 o'clock, between Mrs. Stickney's house and Mr. Lewis Tucker's shop, in Market-street- A BLACK MOROCCO POCKET BOOK- containing 98 dollars in Bank Bills, one of 50, one of 30, and one of 5 dollars, of the Salem Bank- the others not recol- lected- two seaman's protections, 1 receipt from Capt. Robert Leach for 8 quintals of fish, and a receipt from Mr. J. Brady for the hire of 3 chaises, &C. Whoever has found the said Pocket-Book, and will leave it with the Printer, shall receive the above reward. Salem, Feb 22, 1802 TO LET, A New 3 Story DWELLING-HOUSE, situated in Chesnut-street, containing 3 rooms on a floor, with a good well of water, and other conveniences -For particulars apply to WM. LUSCOMB, in Nor- man-street, or P.D. SYMMES, on the Premises. February 22. THE MAMMOTH OX. THE largest OX ever bred in New- England, (or perhaps in the world) may now be seen at MR. CHADWICK's STABLE in Salem.- He is 19 hands high, 11 feet in length, and 8 1/2 in girth. He is of a brown color; and his size will convey some idea of the much talked of MAMMOTH. Every per- son disposed to view this stupendous production of Na- ture will apply soon, as in a few days he will be taken on to the southward.- [Price of Admitance, 9 d. half price for Children. Swanskins, 20 Pieces Hamburgh Linens, Sattins, Stockins, Muslins, Flannels, Baizes, 100 Pieces Chintzes, Men's and Women's Glvoes, Broadcloths, Ratteens, Plains, Cassimeres, Hats, Calimancoes, Durants, Boxes White Threads, Tapes, Paper Hangings, Writing Paper, 15 Boxes Hard Soap &c. &c.
