[1] AES, IHi. Lincoln's endorsement appears on a letter from J. N. H. Patrick, Anthony A. C. Rogers, and J. C. Mills, Washington, February 28, 1865, asking exchange of ``Maj McCauly of the 1 Indiana Cavalry . . . held as prisoner of war at Camden in Arkansas.'' No record of the exchange of Major Mark McCauley has been found.
