[1] AES, DLC-RTL. Lincoln's endorsement is written on an envelope containing a printed copy of AGO General Orders No. 147, April 5, 1864, sentencing William L. Shurburne of Newport, Maryland, to five years' imprisonment for trading with the enemy. Hicks did not answer ``below this'' or elsewhere so far as has been discovered.
