[1]   ADS-P, ISLA. An endorsement below Lincoln's recommendation signed by W. H. Hay (unidentified) referred to ``Capt. L. Loury Moore, AQM Gisboro D.C. who will give this man suitable employment if he can.'' Giesborough Point, D.C., was a remount station for the Army of the Potomac.
