[1] ALS, IHi. No reply has been located. Army of the Potomac, General Orders No. 93, September 27, 1863, gives Meade's endorsement on the case of Adam Wolfe, convicted of treason, that the ``proceedings are disapproved, the evidence being entirely insufficient to sustain the finding. Private Adam Wolfe . . . will be released from custody and returned to duty.''
