I think there is no occasion for changing the Order in the Court of Inquiry case of which we spoke this morning. The main point is to put in all your evidence, and have it duly reported and entered so that, at the end, I can see it. Unless you have difficulty (which I do not anticipate) about getting your evidence in, I think you have no occasion to appeal to me. Yours truly A. LINCOLN
