After the report mentioned, was made, this case, including the report, was brought before me; and upon quite full hearing & consideration, my conclusion was that Mr. Sands is probably a rather disagreeable man, and that these charges made to get rid of him, are frivolous. Such is my present impression. A. LINCOLN
