[1]   ALS, New York Avenue Presbyterian Church, Washington, D.C. Nehemiah G. Ordway, chairman of the Republican Central Committee of New Hampshire, was in Washington ``in relation to the subject of the equalization of the draft'' in New Hampshire (OR, III, III, 808), and according to a letter from Hiram Rollins to Lincoln, July 14, 1863, to obtain a brigadier generalship for Colonel Walter Harriman of the Eleventh New Hampshire Infantry (DLC-RTL).
