To-day Mrs. Galez calls to make interest for Mr. Frederick Wippermann, now Consul at Galatz, in Moldavia. She wishes him to be transfered to Hamburg, as a matter of preference; but, at all events, wishes him sent to some more agreeable place than that where he now is.
