Assistant Surgeon General please see Dr. Stipp. He says he is ordered to Gen. Mc.Clellan's camp while his preparations---tools, so to speak---are at Corinth, Miss. Not intending to interfere by an order, I still would be glad if he could be sent to Corinth.
