[1]   AD, IHi. Judge James Hughes of Bloomington, Indiana, had resigned from the U.S. Court of Claims to practice law in Washington. Major John Love, inspector general of Indiana Volunteers and major general of the Indiana Legion, was not appointed brigadier general.
