[1]   AES, DLC-RTL. Lincoln's endorsement is written on a letter from Mrs. Mary Buckley, October 1861, asking employment for her brother Michael Donovan, who had formerly been employed at the Washington Arsenal, of which Major George D. Ramsay was at this time in command.
