Lincoln.'' On February 16, 1859, S. Little of Urbana, Illinois, wrote Lincoln, enclosing the document and requesting a draft to cover the amount (DLC-RTL). Lincoln sent a draft on H. A. Tucker, February 21, 1859. Henry Chew appears in the Sangamo Journal, March 7, 1844, as a member of the Springfield Whig Clay Club.
