[1] ALS, IHi. The original has been ``doctored'' in the name ``Dummer'' to the extent of adding a t and a final s, making the name read ``Duntmers.''
[2] In Sprague v. the Illinois River Railroad Company, Lincoln and Dummer appeared for the complainant in the Cass County Circuit Court on November 21, 1857. The court ordered the injunction in the case dissolved and the bill dismissed. On February 6, 1858, the Illinois Supreme Court affirmed the lower court.
