[1] ALS, IHi. Lincoln's note is written on the back of a copy of the printed ``Abstract. Charles Manning and Henry R. Glover, versus Henry A. Warren, Hiram Bridges and Asa Snell, et al. Appeal from Jersey Co.,'' in the Illinois Supreme Court. Davis was solicitor for Manning and Glover in the lower court. The case was argued and lost by Lincoln on February 11.
