To William Martin [1]

Hon: Wm. Martin Springfield,
Dear Sir: June 23. 1851

What points, in our Rail Road cases, [2] were decided at the Spring term of your Circuit Court? and how were they decided?

Will the Secretary, with his Books, be out here at our fall terms? or will we be driven to try to prove the ordering of the calls, byPage  106 depositions? Our next term of Court commences on the fourth monday of August.

Please write me on the receipt of this. Truly Yours
