[1] AES, IHi. Thomas Clements on March 19, 1845, requested Logan & Lincoln to pay, out of funds to be collected on his judgment against John C. Cloyd, the amount of James Burtle's account against Clements. Clements, Cloyd, and Burtle were all residents of Sangamon County.
