- There are three overcast stitches at the side of the largest edge tear. They measure from 0.4 cm to 0.8 cm long.
- Extremely dirty with encrusted mud. Very worn. Some missing wefts leave exposed warps. Edge tears. Stiff and brittle. Some edge fraying. Parts of the fabric (loose threads) have a crimped (grid) pattern impressed into the wool.
